ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
For a refund, orders must be canceled the same business day they are placed and within business hours of 6AM–3PM PST, M-F. If cancellations are made outside of the order window, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and processing fees. Our $35 minimum order fee is non-refundable.
Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Orders can be canceled by emailing us in writing to [email protected] and it will be processed during business hours only.
Orders canceled after they have been shipped will need to be refused at the point of delivery if the freight cannot be redirected. Customers are responsible for freight charges incurred during the course of shipment. All goods are subject to a standard 25% restocking and processing fee. All returns must have prior authorization from Go-To-Tanks. Returns not carrying our authorization approval will not be accepted.
