Cancellation and Returns


All orders have to be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.  If cancellations are made after 24 hours, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and processing fees. Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 Orders can be canceled by emailing us in writing [email protected] and will be processed during business hours only. 

Orders canceled after they have been shipped will need to be refused at the point of delivery if the freight cannot be redirected. Customers are responsible for freight charges incurred during the course of shipment. All goods are subject to a standard 25% restocking and processing fee.  All returns must have prior authorization from Go-To-Tanks.
